Terms of Service

Welcome to Nightstar Designz LLC. By using our website, placing an order, purchasing a digital product, or booking a service or class, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Custom Orders

Nightstar Designz creates custom and personalized products, including banners, backdrops, apparel, memorial items, graduation items, party favors, digital designs, and other custom products.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, photos, wording, and other order details.

Payment and Production

Full payment is required before any design work or production begins. Until payment is made in full, an order is considered an inquiry only.

Production begins after payment and, when applicable, design approval. Delays in submitting information, approving proofs, or making payment may delay the order.

Design Approval

Customers must carefully review all proofs before approval. By approving a proof, the customer confirms that all spelling, dates, photos, colors, layout, sizing, and wording are correct.

Nightstar Designz is not responsible for customer-approved errors. Any reprint or correction needed after approval requires a new order and payment.

One revision may be included when stated. Additional changes or revisions may require an additional fee.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, personalized, digital, or service-based, all sales are final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Once design work or production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Digital Products and Classes

Digital products, eBooks, templates, PSD files, guides, downloads, and class materials are for the purchaser's personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded, or used to teach another class.

Class purchases reserve private appointment time and include digital materials. All class purchases are final and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, templates, files, website content, logos, photos, and materials created by Nightstar Designz remain the property of Nightstar Designz unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, share, or claim Nightstar Designz designs or materials as their own.

Right to Refuse Service

Nightstar Designz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order that contains unlawful, offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content, or that cannot be completed due to missing information, product availability, or other business reasons.
