Return & Refund Policy

At Nightstar Designz, each order is custom-made or includes digital content created specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:

  • Custom and personalized products

  • Custom apparel, banners, backdrops, party favors, memorial items, graduation items, and printed products

  • Digital products, eBooks, templates, downloadable files, and class materials

  • 1-on-1 classes, appointments, rush orders, or design services

  • Orders where design work or production has started

Full payment confirms your order and agreement to these terms.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approving a design or proof, including names, dates, spelling, photos, colors, sizes, wording, and layout.

Nightstar Designz is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer. A new order and payment will be required for any reprints needed because of customer-approved errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error made by Nightstar Designz, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Email info@nightstardesignz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when a replacement is not possible. Refunds are issued only for verified errors made by Nightstar Designz.

Digital Products and Classes

All digital downloads, eBooks, templates, class materials, and 1-on-1 class purchases are final sale and non-refundable once purchased or delivered.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, Nightstar Designz is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
