Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, Nightstar Designz is not responsible for: Delays, Lost packages, Stolen packages
Carrier errors. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nightstar Designz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All sales are final. Because our products are customized and made specifically for you, we do not offer:

Returns
Exchanges
Order cancellations This applies to all physical and digital products, including but not limited to: Custom apparel Memorial items Banners & backdrops Obituaries & printed programs
Digital designs and downloadable files, Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all:

Names

Dates

Spelling

Photos

Design details

Once approval is given and production begins, no changes or refunds can be made.

Custom Work

All items are custom-designed and/or custom-printed based on information provided by the customer.

Design & Proofs

Design proofs are provided when applicable.

One (1) revision may be included depending on the product.

Additional revisions may require an extra fee.

Rush Orders

Rush services may be available for an additional fee and must be approved before purchase.
Rush fees are non-refundable.

Delays

Production timelines may be extended due to:

Incomplete order forms

Late approvals

Poor-quality images

High order volume

Holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Nightstar Designz is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect customer information.
